                                    Joined the Seattle Real Estate group in 2006 as Of Counsel. Member of  

                        the Finance and Restructuring Practice group specializing in

                        all aspects of commercial financing, with an emphasis on real estate.

                         Gained extensive experience on realization proceedings and 

                        pre-bankruptcy workouts, representing both borrowers and lenders.

                        Currently, assists real estate investors restructure their real property

                        security interests to maximize the opportunities presented by a rapidly

                        changing credit market, while making the necessary modifications to

                        minimize chaotic realization proceedings.
