Mr. Dove has extensive experience in shopping center sales and acquisitions. Over the years he has handled literally thousands of locations, working first for Albertsons on their divestures and later for Supervalue on their acquisition of Albertsons. He has also represented Individual property owners and developers in the development, leasing and sale of such centers. He recently completed the sale of a Shopping Center in Maple Valley, Washington for an excess of Forty One (41) Million Dollars.
